These terms apply to the use of the ColoCompass website and public catalog. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy statement.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

ColoCompass is operated by MH Nexus, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 99677954, seated in Amstelveen, the Netherlands ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the ColoCompass website and its public catalog. By using the site you accept these terms. Separate agreements apply to operator and partner accounts; where they conflict with these terms, those agreements prevail.

2. The catalog and its data

The catalog combines information from public sources with data submitted and confirmed by datacenter operators. It is provided for informational purposes: it helps you find and compare locations, but it is not advice, an offer, or a guarantee of availability, pricing or specifications. Always verify the details that matter to your decision directly with the operator.

A "Verified" label means the operator confirmed their own data on the date shown; confirmations expire. It is not an endorsement, audit or certification by us.

3. Permitted and prohibited use

You may use the site to search the catalog, compare locations, and send inquiries you genuinely intend to follow up on.

You may not: scrape, crawl or bulk-extract the catalog or substantial parts of it; resell, republish or redistribute catalog data; misrepresent your identity or requirements in an inquiry; use inquiry forms for marketing or unsolicited messages; or interfere with the operation or security of the service.

4. Inquiries and contact details

When you send an inquiry, your contact details are shared only with your explicit consent and only with the parties needed to handle that inquiry. Each request follows one route: directly to the operator, or through independent guidance. Recipients may use your details solely to follow up on your request. Our privacy statement describes how we process personal data.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its design, editorial content and the compilation of the catalog (database rights) belong to MH Nexus or its licensors. Data submitted by an operator remains the operator's. You may quote or link to individual catalog pages with attribution; systematic reuse requires our written permission.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep the catalog accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free, or that the service is uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the site or from decisions based on catalog data, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top of this page tell you when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Dutch law; disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Questions about these terms: support@colocompass.com.
