Cookie statement
Last updated: 22 October 2026. This statement describes which cookies this website uses and what we measure without cookies. The site is operated by MH Nexus, Amstelveen (Chamber of Commerce no. 99677954).
The short version
We count how often locations are shown, opened, compared and requested, and which search criteria are used, without cookies and without identifying you. That is the same for every visitor.
With your permission, we also place one cookie that recognises your browser for 6 months, so that we can see which pages and steps lead to a good search. If you reject it, we place no cookie for this, and the site works exactly the same. If you sign in to an operator, partner or admin account, we place the cookies needed to keep you signed in, and we do not follow your visit.
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not use Google Analytics, and we do not share what we measure.
Cookies we set
| Cookie | Purpose | When | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| cc_consent | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected the usage cookie, so we do not ask again on every page | After you make a choice | 6 months |
| cc_visitor | A random code that recognises your browser, so that we can see the order of pages and steps in your visits | Only after you click Accept, and only while you are not signed in | 6 months from your choice; not extended by later visits |
| sb-…-auth-token (may be split into .0 / .1 parts) | Keeps you signed in to your operator, partner or admin account (session token) | Only after you sign in | Until you sign out; technically capped at 400 days |
Usage statistics without cookies
For every visitor, we count per location and per day how often it was shown in search results, opened, added to a comparison and included in an inquiry, and which combinations of search criteria were used and whether they returned results. We do not store your IP address, a visitor code or text you type. Known bots are not counted. We keep these counts for 25 months. Operators see the counts for their own locations, never who viewed them.
What the usage cookie records
Only after you click Accept, and only while you are not signed in, we record per visit: the pages you visit; the search criteria you choose from our lists; the locations you open, compare or include in an inquiry; the website or campaign code that brought you here; whether you use a phone, tablet or computer; and the time.
We do not record text you type, your IP address or your location. We keep this for 13 months. We do not link it to your name, your email address or an inquiry you send. We use it only to improve the platform, and we report it only to ourselves.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Use Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw your permission, we delete the cookie and the visit data linked to it.
Third-party content (no cookies)
Some content is loaded from third parties. They receive your IP address as part of any normal web request, but set no cookies on our pages.
Map imagery is loaded from MapTiler (maps based on OpenStreetMap data, and satellite imagery) when a map is shown. Images such as operator logos are loaded from Supabase, our database and hosting provider (EU region).
