Your data, your profile

The catalog holds over 11,000 locations from public sources. By claiming, you decide what is listed — completed profiles match better on density, cooling and certifications.

Verification as a differentiator

The “Verified” badge appears only when the operator has confirmed the data themselves — it shows the date and expires when that lapses. Everyone who compares sees it, and it is exactly what serious requesters look for.

Fair ranking, on the record

The subscription does not touch the match score or the order of results. What counts is whether an operator has confirmed their own data, and how recently: that applies to every operator, paid or not. Ranking is never for sale; the platform’s independence depends on it.

Verified

Request Verified, sign the Verified Service Order, and carry the badge once we activate it.

Every operator signs the Platform Agreement once: it covers your listing, the direct route for requests and the general terms, and it costs nothing. We send it to your account manager for electronic signing; a signed Platform Agreement is the condition for activating Verified or the Partner Route. Verified starts with the Verified Service Order: you request it from your dashboard, your authorised signatory signs electronically, and we activate it after a short review. At launch, Verified is free until your first request through the platform becomes a signed customer, and that first customer is free as well; no payment details required to start. You then choose: continue with the subscription, or end Verified and stay on the free listing. Your data stays in place either way. Working with advisers is a separate opt-in (the Partner Route Agreement) with a commission per deal; it is independent of Verified and never affects your ranking.

Launch offer: your first customer through the platform is free, and only then do you decide whether to continue with the subscription (billing starts the month after that first customer agreement; the 12-month term starts with your first invoice) or to end Verified at no cost. No upfront cost, no payment details to start, nothing for requests that don’t convert, and until your first customer you can cancel at any month end. Quarterly market reports and API access are coming later.

Your data stays yours

Operators share commercially sensitive information with us. That only works if the boundaries are explicit — so here they are.

Strict access separation

Every record is isolated per operator at the database level (row-level security). No operator can ever see another operator’s data — not drafts, not documents, not preferences.

The public sees a filtered catalog only

Visitors and partners read from dedicated public views that contain listing data only: no contact details, no internal fields. Everything else is closed by default.

Your lead preferences are private

What request sizes you want, and your demand settings, are never shown to buyers or other operators. They only route which requests reach you.

Documents are gated, not public

Factsheets are stored in private storage and released only through a one-time, expiring download link after the requester leaves their details and consent — and you are notified who downloaded what.

EU hosting, encrypted throughout

The database runs in the EU (AWS Ireland, via Supabase); the application is hosted in the EU. All traffic is encrypted in transit and data is encrypted at rest.

No tracking, no data resale

The platform runs without analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell data. Anonymous search is genuinely anonymous: visitors who are not signed in get zero cookies.

Agreements on leads and data

You receive a requester’s contact details only when the requester has given explicit consent, and you use them solely to follow up on that request — not for marketing lists or resale. Every share is recorded by the platform. One request follows one route: directly to you, or through independent guidance.
