Your data, your profile

The catalog contains 8,937 locations compiled from public sources. By claiming your company, you determine what is published. Complete profiles are matched more accurately on density, cooling and certifications.

Verification

The Verified badge appears only when an operator has confirmed its own data. It shows the confirmation date and expires when the confirmation lapses, so every visitor can see how current the information is.

Independent ranking

A subscription does not affect the match score or the order of results. What counts is whether an operator has confirmed its own data, and how recently. This applies equally to every operator and is part of the Platform Agreement.

How it works

From registration to a verified profile, in four steps.

  1. Step 1: Register

    Create an account with your business email address.

  2. Step 2: Claim

    Claim your company in the catalog, or add it if it is not yet listed.

  3. Step 3: Add your data

    Add capacity, cooling, certifications and availability. Changes are reviewed before publication.

  4. Step 4: Verified

    Request Verified and sign the Verified Service Order. The badge is shown once the service has been activated.

Agreements

Every operator signs the Platform Agreement once. It covers the listing, the direct route for inquiries and the general terms, at no cost. The agreement is sent to your account manager for electronic signature; a signed Platform Agreement is required before Verified or the Partner Route can be activated.

Verified is arranged through a separate Verified Service Order, which you request from your dashboard and your authorised signatory signs electronically; it is activated after a short review. Cooperation with advisers is a separate arrangement, the Partner Route Agreement, with a commission per concluded deal. It is independent of Verified and has no effect on ranking.

Per operator, excluding VAT, including up to 20 verified locations, billed monthly. Twelve-month term from the first invoice, renewed annually with two months’ notice. More than 20 locations on request.

  • Verified badge on all confirmed locations
  • A factsheet per location; visitors download it after leaving their details, which reach you as a lead
  • Direct contact from end customers, in addition to guided inquiries
  • No commission or lead fee on inquiries that reach you directly

Launch offer

ColoCompass is in its launch phase. If you request Verified during this phase, the service is free of charge for an initial period. The conditions are set out in the Verified Service Order, which you receive before signing. During that period you can end Verified at the end of any month at no cost, and your data remains in place either way. No payment details are required to start.

Quarterly market reports and API access will follow at a later stage.

Data protection and confidentiality

Operators share commercially sensitive information with the platform. The boundaries are therefore set out explicitly.

Strict access separation

Every record is isolated per operator at database level (row-level security). No operator can view another operator’s data, including drafts, documents and preferences.

The public sees listing data only

Visitors and partners read from dedicated public views containing listing data only: no contact details and no internal fields. All other data is closed by default.

Lead preferences remain private

Preferred inquiry sizes and demand settings are never shown to end customers or other operators. They are used only to route inquiries.

Documents are released on request

Factsheets are held in private storage and released through a single-use, expiring download link once the requester has provided details and consent. You are informed of each download.

EU hosting, encrypted throughout

The database runs in the EU (AWS Ireland, via Supabase) and the application is hosted in the EU. All traffic is encrypted in transit and all data is encrypted at rest.

No tracking, no resale of data

The platform uses no analytics or advertising trackers and does not sell data. Visitors who are not signed in receive no cookies.

Every profile change is logged and can be reversed. The platform underwent a security audit before launch. Questions can be addressed to privacy@colocompass.com.

Agreements on inquiries and data

You receive a requester’s contact details only with the requester’s explicit consent, and use them solely to follow up on that inquiry, not for marketing or resale. Every disclosure is recorded by the platform. Each inquiry follows one route: directly to you, or through independent guidance.
